Contest Rules & Regulations HOW TO ENTER:
* Complete the official online entry form to enter. No purchase necessary. * Only one entry per person allowed. Must be received on or before midnight, July 31, 2008. (The Contest Closing Date) * One grand prize will be awarded. This price includes:
1. airfare from Toronto to Nassau; 2. four days and nights all-inclusive accommodation at the Sheraton Cable Beach Resort 3. airfare from Nassau to Grand Bahama Island 4. four days and nights all-inclusive accommodation at Pelican Bay at Lucaya Resort 5. return airfare to Toronto 6. limo transfers in Bahamas 7. destination wedding package with planning services, bridal gown, complimentary bouquet and boutonniere, one hour photography service, 36 photos, wedding album, 8 x 10 enlargement and photo CD, wedding reception with facilities for 20 people with cake, and champagne toast.
* Winner is responsible for the cost of dinner and cocktails for reception guests. The prize excludes airport taxes and comprehensive insurance. Items not specifically outlined in the prize description and all items of a personal nature are at the winner's own expense. Winners are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visa if necessary, and for transportation to and from the airport in Toronto. Sixty days notice is required to finalize travel plans.
* The contest is open to all couples residing in Canada, eighteen or older, and marrying between January 31, 2008 and August 31, 2009. Employees of Today's BRIDE, its affiliate companies, advertising and promotional agencies, the contest judging organization and members of their respective immediate families are not eligible. The chances of being selected depend on the total number of entries received. By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use of their names and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by Today's BRIDE. The winner of the contest will be announced in a future issue of Today's BRIDE.
* A random draw will be made in Toronto, Ontario on August 15, 2008 at 10 a.m. from all eligible entries received. To win, the selected entrant must first correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question by mail, and will be required to sign a standard declaration/release form confirming compliance with rules and acceptance of the prize as awarded.
* The prize is valid for one year, August 2008 through August 2009 and cannot be extended. The prize must be accepted as is and cannot be exchanged for cash or used with any other offer. The prize is not transferable to a third party.
* The contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws.
* Any litigation respecting the conduct and awarding of a prize in this publicity contest may be submitted to the Degie des Loteries et Courses du Quebec.
* Today's Bride reserves the right to replace this trip with one of equal or greater value if unforeseen circumstances dictate.
